During his tenure acting as VP of Professional Services with Skywire and Docucorp, Bill was responsible for the management of hundreds of professional staff that spanned across North America and EMEA. While at Oracle, Bill was instrumental in transitioning Skywire’s professional services practice over to Oracle.  Revenue , margin, utilization and customer satisfaction were all areas of growth under his leadership.
