This client is among the largest insurance companies in the U.S. providing coverage to millions of policyholders. The company is represented by a robust network of licensed agents across dozens of states offering multiple lines of insurance including auto, home, life, and business.
The Challenge
Moving thousands of complicated insurance forms from Oracle Documaker to Quadient Inspire is a labor-intensive task. The problem only becomes larger and more complex when you introduce requirements to optionally shift content around the page. Customer was unable to use static PDF files due to post-processing requirements of an agency policy banner that contains variable fields (and original forms didn’t reserve adequate space).
Our Solution
Customer leveraged MigrationXpress to move forms from Oracle Documaker to Quadient Inspire:
Successfully converted thousands of static forms in Oracle Documaker format to workflows compatible with Quadient Inspire Designer.
Optionally shifted all content to accommodate a custom agency policy banner with variable fields, referenced as an external Flow once imported into Quadient Inspire.
Incorporated features to account for line-height differences between Documaker and Inspire and allow for imperial-formatted paragraph styles.
Allowed for global font changes between platforms per updated corporate style guidelines (client opted to make these changes in Documaker to support current business).
Exceptional Results
Successful Migration
Successful migration of thousands of forms from Oracle Documaker to Quadient Inspire with near perfect fidelity & formatting.
