MHC and DocVentive Partner to Speed Migrations to MHC NorthStar CCM
MHC and DocVentive Partner to give organizations moving to MHC NorthStar CCM a dedicated team of migration, implementation, and staffing specialists.
Minneapolis, MN — October 27, 2026 — MHC, a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for document, communication and payment automation, today announced DocVentive as an authorized MHC partner. DocVentive, a customer communications management (CCM) and customer experience advisory firm serving insurance and financial services organizations, has expanded their practices to include MHC NorthStar CCM, giving organizations a team of CCM specialists to help them move to the platform and put it to work.
MHC NorthStar CCM is a unified SaaS platform that automates customer communications, from design and data integration through workflow and omnichannel delivery. It combines governed AI capabilities with deployment in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid, so organizations can modernize without disrupting live operations. MHC customers generate over 10 billion documents and communications annually.
DocVentive’s MHC NorthStar CCM practice covers four areas:
- Migrations and conversions. DocVentive moves content from platforms including Oracle Documaker/Documerge, OpenText Exstream, and other legacy CCM environments into MHC NorthStar CCM. Its MigrationXpress toolset reads the legacy source files directly instead of PDF or print output, flags near-duplicate content so it can be consolidated before conversion, and converts the templates into NorthStar CCM.
- New implementations. DocVentive advises on vendor selection and solution design, builds templates that meet accessibility and regulatory requirements, integrates NorthStar CCM with existing systems through APIs, and configures AI Assist personalization.
- Installation and upgrades. DocVentive installs, patches, and upgrades NorthStar CCM, sets up environments for cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment, and provides ongoing maintenance support.
- Staffing and production support. DocVentive supplies hourly or full-time specialists for deployment, configuration, and support of live NorthStar CCM environments.
For MHC customers and prospects in insurance and financial services, the partnership brings assessment, conversion, and post-launch staffing under one team with deep day-to-day experience in customer communications.
“MHC NorthStar CCM fits how insurance and financial services organizations actually communicate today: omnichannel engagement, increasing compliance demands, and ever-growing communication volumes. It provides a modern, strategically aligned platform, particularly for organizations looking to evolve from Documaker, while delivering exceptional time-to-value and total cost of ownership. Adding NorthStar CCM to our practice gives clients a clear path to modernization and gives us a solution we can confidently implement, support, and optimize from strategy through delivery.”

“Organizations moving off an older document platform need more than a new product. They need people who have converted these libraries before and can stay through go-live. DocVentive brings that experience in insurance and financial services, and MigrationXpress gives our customers a clear way to carry their existing content forward. This partnership reflects how we simplify complexity and unlock intelligence for the organizations we serve.”
