MHC NorthStar CCM runs on a three-layer architecture — ingestion, transformation, and delivery — that separates how data comes in from how a document is composed and how it’s ultimately rendered. The ingestion layer accepts XML, JSON, XSL-FO, CSV, and SQL. A deterministic rules engine — not AI inference — applies business logic, conditional content, and approval requirements to assemble each document once, independent of its eventual output format. The delivery layer then renders that single composition into more than 20 formats — PDF, PDF/A, DOCX, HTML, PostScript, AFP, TIFF, SMS, email, and portal — without additional per-format configuration.

Carriers and enterprises run policy documents, claims correspondence, statements, explanations of benefits, and regulatory communications on NorthStar CCM at both batch and on-demand volumes.
